Shipping
We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are you can enjoy our candles!

We offer automatic FREE shipping on Domestic US orders of $75 or more.
Domestic United States: First Class and USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days

Canada: International First Class and Priority Mail International: 5-7 business days
​
Outside US/Canada: International First Class and Priority Mail International: 7-21 business days

Payment Options
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Afterpay, all major credit/debit cards, and Underworld Connection gift cards.

Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation is requested within 12 hours of placing an order.
If you receive a damaged product, we will send you a replacement within 3-5 business days upon notification and photos of the damage. Please notify us immediately - and include photos of the damaged candle and any damage to the shipping box - so that we may resolve the issue right away.

Allergies/Sensitivities
We would be happy to answer any questions you have about certain fragrances in any candles you are interested in purchasing. A fragrance-swap can be arranged if necessary.
